CONTRACT OF SALE
The undersigned Buyer, ___________________________________, and the seller, Metal Head Bullies, do hereby agree to the following terms and conditions on the purchase of a
UKC registered American Pit Bull Terrier/ American Bully dog by law.

**COST INDICATED ABOVE, including shipping, IS DUE BEFORE THE DOG REACHES 8 WEEKS OF AGE**
1- The buyer is to pay a $500.00 non-refundable deposit on the pup. Should the Buyer decide not to purchase the pup, the deposit will be forfeited but transferable to another litter. Puppy deposits cannot be transferred to any other service from Metal Head Bullies.
2- The UKC registered name of the pup will begin with * Metal Head Bullies. Under no circumstances shall the name ever be changed on the UKC registration certificate. Subsequent owners must also agree to this entire Purchase Agreement and sign their acceptance.
3- Should Buyer decide that he/she no longer wants the pup/dog, they must first offer it back to the seller before he/she can sell the dog to another party.
4. Buyer must have the pup/dog
5- Buyer agrees to socialize the pup/dog thoroughly with people and other animals. Buyer also agrees to keep said puppy healthy by providing regular veterinary care, and feeding a quality dog food and/or diet.
6- Under no circumstances is Buyer ever to fight, roll or face off pup/dog with any other animal or dog. If we feel the dog is being mistreated or uncared for it will be repossessed at the buyers cost with no refund given!
9- Seller agrees to replace the pup/dog if it should have a major genetic fault that interferes with the dog’s quality of life, until it is 12 months old. This is provided that pup/dog is returned alive and in good condition to the Seller with a statement from a licensed veterinarian stating the problem. The problem/fault cannot be due to lack of nutrition, improper exercise, fighting, bad care or unproved genetic fault.
10- If said puppy/dog is a female, buyer agrees that the dog purchased will not be bred until she is at least 12 months of age or second heat cycle NO EXCEPTIONS!
11- Should Buyer break this agreement in any way, ownership of the pup/dog immediately reverts back to Seller. UKC will be notified and papers will be revoked from buyer. At Seller's option I may confiscate the pup/dog immediately and without any compensation due to Buyer.
12- The undersigned Buyer and Seller acknowledge that this is a legal and binding contract and have received a signed copy.
THE UNDERSIGNED BUYER AND SELLER DO HEREBY ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE
